With over 25 years of coaching and facilitation experience and a clear grounding in how the mind works, she’s committed to helping people and teams wake up to their full potential and enjoy what they do.
Sarah supports organisations in a wide variety of sectors, including manufacturing industry, charities, schools and universities. Prior to this, she gained valuable coaching and internal consultancy experience as an implementer of transformational change in a complex, high risk manufacturing environment.
Sarah has designed and facilitated numerous development programmes focused on individual, team, leadership and cultural development which have delivered demonstrably successful outcomes. Receiving an MBE for her services to education, Sarah also has extensive board level governance and system leadership experience, bringing ‘zoomed out’ strategic capabilities to the Pure Potential journey.
Her qualifications include BA Hons in Social and Educational Psychology, NLP master practitioner, certified ‘Everything DiSC’ trainer, CIPD Diploma in Human Resources, Coaching Mastery with Michael Neill and Next Paradigm with Insight Principles.
Michelle is a highly qualified leadership and peak performance coach and consultant who combines her expertise in organisational strategy, human potential and coaching to guide leaders, teams and organisations to access their full potential and thrive.
Michelle has a deep understanding of what it takes for leaders and businesses to perform at their best built from over 25 years working throughout Australasia and Europe. She has held senior HR leadership roles within Ford Motor Company and Deloitte, as well as being the Director of a global leadership consultancy where she worked with clients such as GlaxoSmithKline, Sony and Amex. Michelle co-founded a successful Australian corporate wellbeing business, offering strategic peak performance and wellbeing services to clients such as Loreal, NAB and Mattel.
Michelle combines her experience with a deep creative passion and expertise. She is the designer of all of the Pure Potential programmes as well as being a best selling author in the field of wellbeing. Michelle brings the principles of subtractive psychology, flow neuroscience and peak performance into her work enabling clients to take the weight off their minds, access their full potential and reimagine what might be possible in their organisations, their work and their lives.
Her qualifications include: BA Hons Anthropology; Leadership Coaching Diploma; CIPD HR Management Diploma; ICF ACC; Flow Trainer Practitioner, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
Natalie is an experienced coach, facilitator and communications specialist, with a breadth of expertise in mental health, business and education.
Nat co-founded a perinatal mental health charity and led a national third sector partnership to underpin systemic change. With more than 25 years’ experience in senior level public relationships and communications, she is adept at community engagement and thought leadership and has experience of stakeholder relationship development within the NHS, government departments and strategic bodies.
With an intuitive and exploratory coaching approach, Nat works alongside organisational leaders to point them back to their intrinsic potential to thrive, enabling powerful shifts both personally and professionally.
She has a Joint Honours Degree in English and French, studied Theories of the Mind and completed ILM leadership development. She has trained in safeguarding and mental health and co-designed and delivered national training for third sector perinatal mental health services. She has also explored extensively and trained in nondual and subtractive coaching modalities.
